20.220 Wisconsin Artistic Endowment Foundation. There is appropriated to the Wisconsin Artistic Endowment Foundation for the following programs:(1) Support of the arts. (a) Education and marketing. As a continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule for public education and marketing relating to the Wisconsin artistic endowment fund.(q) General program operations. From the artistic endowment fund, the amounts in the schedule for general program operations of the foundation.(r) Support of the arts. From the artistic endowment fund, as a continuing appropriation, all moneys received as interest and earnings of the artistic endowment fund, less the amounts appropriated in par.
