20.875 Budget stabilization fund. (1) Transfers to fund. There is appropriated to the budget stabilization fund:(a) General fund transfer. A sum sufficient equal to the amount that is required to be transferred under s. 16.518 (3).(2) Transfers from fund. There is appropriated from the budget stabilization fund to the general fund:(q) Budget stabilization fund transfer.
