234.05 Housing development fund; establishment; payments into fund. (1) There is established under the jurisdiction and control of the authority a revolving fund to be known as the 'housing development fund'.(2) There shall be paid into the housing development fund:(a) Any moneys which the authority receives as interest on or in repayment of temporary loans made from the housing development fund;(b) Any moneys transferred by the authority to the housing development fund from other funds or sources; and(c) Any other moneys which may be made available to the authority for the purpose of the housing development fund from any other source.History: 1971 c. 287.
