25.315 Wholesale drug distributor bonding fund. There is established a separate nonlapsible trust fund designated as the wholesale drug distributor bonding fund to consist of moneys paid to the state under s. 450.071 (5) to secure payment of fees or costs that relate to the issuance of a license to engage in the wholesale distribution of prescription drugs.History: 2007 a. 20.
