254.55 Definitions. In this subchapter:(1) 'Dwelling' means any structure, all or part of which is designed or used for human habitation.(2) 'Owner' means any of the following:(a) A person who has legal title to a dwelling.(b) A person who has charge, care, or control of a dwelling or unit of a dwelling as an agent of or as personal representative, trustee, or guardian of the estate of a person under par.
