289.12 Landfill official liability. (1) Definition. As used in this section, 'landfill official' means any officer, official, agent or employee of the state, a political corporation, governmental subdivision or public agency engaged in the planning, management, operation or approval of a solid or hazardous waste disposal facility.(2) Exemption from liability.
