30.544 Inspection of boats purchased out-of-state. For purposes of enforcement, conservation wardens or local law enforcement officials, after presenting appropriate credentials to the owner of a boat which was purchased outside of this state and which is subject to the certificate of title requirements of this chapter, shall inspect the boat’s engine serial number or hull identification number.History: 1987 a. 397.
