302.116 Extended supervision conditions for sex offenders. (1) In this section:(a) 'Serious sex offense' means a violation of s. 940.225 (1) or (2), 948.02 (1) or (2), 948.025, 948.06, or 948.07 or a solicitation, conspiracy, or attempt to commit a violation of s. 940.225 (1) or (2), 948.02 (1) or (2), 948.025, 948.06, 948.07, or 948.085.(b) 'Sex offender' means a person serving a sentence for a serious sex offense.(2) As a condition of extended supervision, a sex offender shall live in a residence that the department has approved.History: 2001 a. 16; 2005 a. 277.
