§ 303.22

303.22 Work on Sundays and holidays. No prisoner, or resident subject to s. 303.01 (1) (b), may be compelled to work on Sunday or a legal holiday, except if the work is necessary household work or when the work is necessary to maintain the management or discipline of the institution.History: 1989 a. 31 s. 1697; Stats. 1989 s. 303.22; 1995 a. 27.
