322.102 Article 102 — Forcing a safeguard. Any person who forces a safeguard shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. 'Forcing a safeguard' means performing any act in violation of the protection of a detachment, guard, or detail posted by a commander for protection.History: 2007 a. 200.
