33.41 Definitions. In this subchapter:(1) 'Board of commissioners' means the board of commissioners of the Dane County Lakes and Watershed Commission.(1m) 'Commission' means the Dane County Lakes and Watershed Commission created under s. 33.42.(2) 'County' means Dane County.(3) 'County board' means the county board of the county.(5g) 'Municipality' means any city, village or town.History: 1989 a. 324.
