38.125 Public broadcasting stations. If the district board governing the Milwaukee area technical college determines to relinquish its public broadcasting licenses, it shall offer to assign the licenses to the educational communications board, subject to approval of the federal communications commission.History: 1985 a. 29; 1987 a. 399.
