448.86 Issuance of certificate; expiration and renewal. (1) The department shall issue a certificate to each individual who is certified under this subchapter.(2) The renewal dates for certificates granted under this subchapter, other than temporary certificates granted under s. 448.80, are specified under s. 440.08 (2) (a).
