457.18 Practice under counseling compact. An individual who holds a valid privilege to practice in this state may, subject to s. 457.51 (4), do any of the following:(1) Practice professional counseling in this state, subject to s. 457.50 (4).(2) Practice professional counseling in this state via telehealth, as defined in s. 457.50 (2) (y), subject to s. 457.50 (7).History: 2023 a. 55.
