458.12 Reciprocal agreements. The department may enter into reciprocal agreements with officials of other states or territories of the United States for certifying and licensing appraisers and issue certificates to applicants who hold certificates in those states or territories according to the terms of the reciprocal agreements.History: 1989 a. 340; 1991 a. 39.
