49.11 Definitions. In this subchapter:(1c) 'Community-based juvenile delinquency-related services' means juvenile delinquency-related services provided under ch. 938 other than services provided for a juvenile who is under the supervision of the department of corrections under s. 938.183, 938.34 (4h) or (7g), or 938.357 (3) or (4).(1e) 'Department' means the department of children and families.(2) 'Secretary' means the secretary of children and families.History: 1995 a. 27 ss. 2770, 9130 (4); 1997 a. 3; 2007 a. 20; 2015 a. 55; 2017 a. 185; 2019 a. 8 ss. 14, 71.
