63.29 Civil service for attorneys in office of city attorney. (1) In any city of the first class the common council may by ordinance provide for civil service in the office of the city attorney except for the city attorney and the deputy city attorney.(2) The matters treated in this section are declared to be of local and not statewide concern.History: 1991 a. 316; 1993 a. 213.
