757.001 Definitions. In this chapter:(1) 'Circuit court commissioner' means a person appointed under SCR 75.02 (1) and a supplemental court commissioner authorized under SCR 75.02 (3) to the limited extent of that authorization.(2) 'Supplemental court commissioner' means a person appointed under s. 757.675 (1).History: 2001 a. 61.
