76.25 Experts and employees. The department is authorized and empowered to employ expert engineers, expert accountants and such clerks and assistants as may be necessary to properly perform the duties imposed by this subchapter and in the work of the valuation and taxation of the property of the companies.History: 1979 c. 102 s. 236 (1).
