782.34 Order of arrest. When the proof mentioned in s. 782.33 shall also be sufficient to justify an arrest of the person having such prisoner in custody, as for a criminal offense committed in the taking or detaining of such prisoner, the warrant shall also contain an order for the arrest of such person for such offense.History: 1979 c. 32 ss. 59, 92 (11); 1979 c. 176; Stats. 1979 s. 782.34.
