Any party entitled to recover costs or disbursements in an action or special proceeding may include in such disbursements the lawful premium paid to an authorized insurer for a suretyship obligation.History: 1977 c. 339.Among the 'necessary disbursements and fees allowed by law' are those authorized under fee-shifting statutes.
