84.10295 Wisconsin 9/11 Memorial Highway. The department shall designate and mark the route of STH 28, commencing at the I 41 and STH 28 interchange in Dodge County and proceeding easterly to the intersection with STH 144 in Washington County, as the 'Wisconsin 9/11 Memorial Highway' as a living memorial for the lives lost in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, for the protective services personnel who responded to the attacks, and for the veterans who served in subsequent conflicts.History: 2019 a. 20.
