879.17 Attorney, appearance by. The attorney who first appears for any party or person interested shall be recognized as the attorney throughout the matter or proceeding unless another attorney is substituted under SCR 11.02 (3).History: 1977 c. 187 s. 135; 1977 c. 273; Sup.
