879.41 Fees in court. Fees in court shall be allowed:(1) To appraisers, an amount to be fixed by the court;(2) To jurors, the fees under s. 756.25;(3) To witnesses and interpreters, the fees under s. 814.67, and to expert witnesses, the fees under s. 814.04 (2);(4) Travel as fixed by the court;(5) In cases not provided for, a fair compensation shall be allowed by the court.History: Sup.
