941.292 Possession of a weaponized drone. (1) In this section, 'drone' means a powered, aerial vehicle that does not carry a human operator, uses aerodynamic forces to provide vehicle lift, and can fly autonomously or be piloted remotely. A drone may be expendable or recoverable.(2) Whoever operates any weaponized drone is guilty of a Class H felony.
