961.115 Native American Church exemption. This chapter does not apply to the nondrug use of peyote and mescaline in the bona fide religious ceremonies of the Native American Church.History: 1971 c. 219; 1995 a. 448 s. 153; Stats. 1995 s. 961.115.Because the exemption is based upon the unique cultural heritage of Native Americans, it is not an unconstitutional classification.
