968.49 Fine for nonattendance. Any person lawfully summoned to attend as a grand juror who fails to attend without any sufficient excuse shall pay a fine not exceeding $40, which shall be imposed by the court to which the person was summoned and shall be paid into the county treasury.History: Sup.
