992.03 Alleys. All resolutions and proceedings for the alteration or vacation of public alleys in cities of the second, third or fourth class adopted, taken or had, prior to October 1, 1924, are validated, unless action was commenced or proceedings taken prior to October 15, 1925, to contest the validity thereof.History: 1979 c. 89.
