1-17-331. Effect of reversal of judgment. If a judgment in satisfaction of which lands or tenements are sold is thereafter reversed, the reversal shall not affect the title of the purchaser, but the judgment creditor shall make restitution of the money received from the sale with lawful interest from the day of sale.
