Section 1-17-412 - Appointment of Receiver; Control of Property

1-17-412. Appointment of receiver; control of property. The court may appoint the sheriff of the proper county or other suitable person as receiver of the property of the judgment debtor, and may forbid a transfer or other disposition of or interference with the property of the judgment debtor, not exempt by law.
