Section 1-17-413 - Appointment of Sheriff or Another as Receiver

1-17-413. Appointment of sheriff or another as receiver. If the sheriff is appointed receiver, he and his sureties are liable on his official bond as receiver. If another person is appointed, he shall take an oath and bond as in other cases.
