Section 1-21-1209 - Holder of Owner's Interest Bound by Provisions

1-21-1209. Holder of owner's interest bound by provisions. The holder of the interest of the owner or designated agent in the residential rental unit at the time of termination of the rental agreement shall be bound by the provisions of W.S. 1-21-1207 and 1-21-1208.
