(a) As used in this act: (i) 'Condemn' means to take property under the power of eminent domain; (ii) 'Condemnee' means a person who has or claims an interest in property that is the subject of a prospective or pending condemnation action; (iii) 'Condemnor' means a person empowered to condemn; (iv) 'Litigation expenses' means the reasonable costs, disbursements and expenses, including attorney, appraisal and engineering fees, associated with a condemnation proceeding; (v) 'Public entity' means the state of Wyoming and its agencies, municipalities, counties, school districts, political subdivisions and special districts; (vi) 'This act' means W.S. 1-26-501 through 1-26-817.
