Section 1-26-807 - Acquisition of Other Property for Public Utility Service

1-26-807. Acquisition of other property for public utility service. Any incorporated city or town of this state has the further right to acquire by condemnation, purchase or gift any real estate or other property, public or private, whether within or outside the corporate limits of the city or town, for rights-of-way, sites, buildings or other purposes connected with or necessary to carry on the business of municipal ownership or operation of any public utility service, or to secure outside connections for any public utility service.
