Section 1-26-808 - Election in Cities and Towns on Question of Acquisition

1-26-808. Election in cities and towns on question of acquisition. No city or town shall acquire the franchise or the plant, facilities, equipment or other property of any person or entity for the purpose of supplying or furnishing to the public of the city or town any public utility service unless authorized at an election. The election shall be held as provided by law for the submission of a bond issue under the Political Subdivision Bond Election Law, W.S. 22-21-101 through 22-21-112.
