Section 1-28-111 - Evidence on Hearing of Motion

1-28-111. Evidence on hearing of motion. When the application is made upon affidavits of the defendant but not otherwise, the plaintiff may oppose the same by affidavits or other evidence in addition to the evidence on which the injunction was granted.
