Section 1-31-122 - Judgment for Costs

1-31-122. Judgment for costs. If judgment is rendered against a corporation or against a person claiming to be a corporation, the court may render judgment for costs against the directors, trustees or other officers of the corporation, or against the person claiming to be a corporation.
