Section 1-32-308 - Use of Income; Taxes and Expenses

1-32-308. Use of income; taxes and expenses. The net income accruing from sales shall be paid to the person who would be entitled to the use or income of the estate, were the same unsold. All taxes and the expenses of investment and management of the fund shall be paid by the person entitled to the income thereof.
