1-41-104. Investment of funds. (a) Repealed by Laws 1988, ch. 82, 2. (b) The state treasurer shall invest any portion of the funds in the self-insurance account, including reserves, which the risk manager determines is not needed for immediate use. Investments shall be made as authorized by W.S. 9-4-715(a), (d) and (e).
