Section 1-5-109 - Actions for Personal Injuries or Wrongful Death

1-5-109. Actions for personal injuries or wrongful death. An action for personal injuries or wrongful death may be brought in the county in which the cause of action arose or in the county in which the defendant resides or may be summoned.
