Section 11-11-106 - Action on Bond for Breach of Obligations; Joinder of Parties

11-11-106. Action on bond for breach of obligations; joinder of parties. Any person injured by the warehouseman's or warehouse's breach of any obligation provided by law may sue on the bond in his own name in any court of competent jurisdiction to recover the damage sustained by the breach. Where more than one (1) person is injured, the action may be brought in the name of all injured persons by any one or all interested parties, or by the state of Wyoming in their behalf.
