11-12-106. Lawn grass seed. Lawn grass seed mixtures offered for sale in Wyoming shall comply with all requirements of this act, and in addition shall contain at least fifty percent (50%) of perennial permanent type lawn grass seed that is adapted to local growing conditions, such as Kentucky blue grass (Poa pratensis), bent grass (Agrostis species) or fescue (Festuca species).
