11-12-114. Seed and grain cleaning establishments; certificates of approval; lists thereof. The board shall establish standards and other requirements whereby seed and grain cleaning establishments may be issued a certificate of approval. A list of approved establishments for cleaning seeds and grain shall be maintained by the director.
