11-12-118. Duty of district or county and prosecuting attorney to prosecute reported violations. Any district or county and prosecuting attorney to whom the director of the department of agriculture reports any violation of this act shall cause appropriate proceedings to be commenced and prosecuted in the proper courts without delay.
