Section 11-13-109 - Promulgation of Rules and Regulations

11-13-109. Promulgation of rules and regulations. The director is authorized to promulgate such rules and regulations for commercial feeds as may be necessary for the efficient enforcement of this act. Procedures for promulgation shall be those outlined in the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act.
