11-14-108. Reimbursement of purchaser of deficient fertilizer. When a fertilizer is deficient in any element beyond recognized investigational allowances, the distributor or registrant must reimburse the purchaser of the fertilizer an amount equal to double the current market value of the fertilizer as determined by the state chemical and bacteriological laboratory.
