11-19-107. Auditor to pay claims allowed by board; effect of failure to submit claim to board. The state auditor shall pay no claim for indemnity which is rejected by the state veterinarian, unless it has been submitted to arbitration and the arbitration board decided it to be legal and just. If any claimant refuses to submit his claim rejected by the veterinarian to a board of arbitration, the refusal is a waiver of all claim for indemnity.
