11-2-101. Department and board created; director. (a) A state department of agriculture is created under the management and control of the director with the advice of the board of agriculture. (b) Repealed by Laws 1993, ch. 191, 4. (c) The department is authorized to accept, administer and expend agricultural commodity promotion, research and advertising assessments.
