Section 11-20-105 - Brands; Extension to Other Species

11-20-105. Brands; extension to other species. If a recorded brand is used exclusively for the identification of a particular species of livestock, the executive officer of the board may record the identical brand in the name of another person to identify his ownership of a species of livestock other than the species for which the brand is presently recorded.
