Section 11-20-108 - Recorded Brand; Certified Copy Deemed Prima Facie Evidence of Ownership

11-20-108. Recorded brand; certified copy deemed prima facie evidence of ownership. A certified copy of any brand recorded in the office of the board is prima facie evidence of ownership of animals branded therewith for that species of livestock recorded by the board. The brand shall be received as evidence of ownership in all legal proceedings involving title to the animal.
